Kicking off 2022 with a bang, I am blessed to have high-performance coach Lindsey Paoli on the show. Lindsey helps leaders get their life right so their teams can thrive. I got a chance to meet Lindsey at a recent Mastermind event and was impressed with not only her overall energy but some of the things she's creating in the world. Lindsey was a former therapist, but has since shifted to a high-performance coach and is the founder of Fundamental Health. Lindsey is helping leaders become resilient with some principles such as her M.I.N.D. Fundamentals as well as Vision Bossing. This episode is juicy.
