I just launched new series of Saturday Health Talks with my good friend and health enthusiast, Steve Vierra. Steve is a former bodybuilder and police officer of over twenty years in one of the busiest and dangerous cities in the US, yet he’s always maintained a level head, and unlike most, he’s managed to thrive and optimize in difficult environments. Steve has a vast knowledge in the world of natural health and holds several fitness/mobility & movement certifications.

We decided to start a weekly Saturday show where we unpack recent health trends, studies, or whatever random health, fitness, and biohacking topics are on our minds.

This week we dive into our supplement routines and morning routines to build a strong mindset and resilient body as we age into our 40's and 50's.
