095. Friday Health Hacks: Top 4 Supplements To Hack Your Fast
Health Hack Fridays are short 1-5 minutes episodes to give you simple easy hacks, solutions, and strategies that you can implement right away to have an impact not only on weight loss but overall health.

Prebiotic Fiber: I'm a huge fan of Mother Earth Labs who makes a product called GI Max (has not only prebiotics, but a ton of good stuff to help with leaky gut and maintain those tight junctions in the gut)
Charcoal/Binders
Proteolytic Enzymes - BioOptimizers or Wobenzym are good brands
