052. Why You're Doing Keto Wrong, Keto vs Keto Flex, Why Most People Can't Lose Weight - Ben Azadi
On this week, I interview the master of Keto, and the bestselling author of his newest book Keto Flex, Ben Azadi. Ben is the founder of Keto Kamp and the amazing podcast The Keto Kamp Podcast. Ben is on a mission to help over a billion people with weight loss and health issues, and if you know him, he's extremely determined to make this happen.
Ben has his own story with addiction, cravings, drugs, and weight issues as a young man. Ben watched his father have health complications at an early age related to things that we know now are controllable, things like Type 2 Diabetes. Ben's father unfortunately passed due to his health complications, which is was a turning point for Ben, in which he made it his life's mission to see that no one else fell to the same fate as his dad. Ben lost over 80lbs weight, went on to write four books, launched his popular podcast, and created an online Academy where he coaches and trains others to live a healthy life so that they too can benefit from weight loss and much more.
I got to spend time with Ben at the recent Biohacking Congress event in Silicon Valley. Not only is Ben a wealth of knowledge, he's also one of the most humblest and giving individuals I've ever met. There are many "influencers" and thought leaders that will barely give you the time of day, and Ben is not one of those. He has such an abundance mindset and wants to see everyone win. Ben is the real deal and I'm happy to call him a friend.
