071. Use Your Mind: Healing Through Hypnosis & Meditation - Sara Raymond

On this week's show I have none other than Sara Raymond, the founder of the Mindful Movement. Sara is a yoga and pilates instructor, hypnotherapist, and the co-founder of the Mindful Movement where she teaches others how to tap into their inner peace, positive mindset, and the ability for self-healing.

Sara has an extremely popular YouTube channel, where she's amassed over 600k followers and has several videos with over a million views. Some her most popular videos you can find address reducing anxiety, 20 minute mindfulness meditations, and meditations to help you sleep. 

Sara joins us to share how she built this practice and why she sees many of her clients limiting themselves based on some of their old beliefs. Through meditation and hypnosis, she's been able to help many of her clients level up their game.
