Stuffy Nose, Sinusitis, Nasal Issues? Nasal Irrigation That Actually Works

I have used Netipots and done several other nasal rinses in the past, but nothing compares to what I will share with you. My favorite hack is using a Navage, a device that actually pumps water through one nostril, and then uses a vacuum-like pump to suck the water out through the other nostril. The Navage is more expensive than a Netipot or some other methods which I also like, but worth the investment if you’ve had sinus issues in the past or even worse had exposure to mold. The Navage is definitely a great tool to have in your arsenal for the long term.

I also recommend that if you’re someone doing Nebulizer protocols such as the one I talked about in the past, you should definitely do a nasal rinse before beginning a Nebulizing protocol to maximize efficacy.

What I ADD to my Nevage to Increase Immunity and Destroy Pathogens

*For Access to CellCore products, either email me info@joelevancoaching.com or DM me @joelevancoaching

I like to add any of the following:

  1. CellCore Para 3: contains sage leaf, tansy, thyme leaf, epazote, black walnut hull, holy basil leaf, and clove bud. Holy basil functions as a driver for the systemic distribution of the herbs in the body.

  2. CellCore Hydroxygen: By supporting oxygen status, HydrOxygen may have multiple benefits. It could aid microbiome health, assist normal cognitive function, support lung health, promote efficient ATP (energy) production, and facilitate normal sensitivity levels

  3. Iodine: Iodine also helps regulate the immune system as it helps fight infections. In addition, iodine can enhance immune function by helping remove both toxic chemical toxins and biological toxins.

  4. Grape Seed Extract (GSE): Grapefruit seed extracts have historically been used to help with symptoms associated with gut distress. Studies indicate that grapefruit seed extract has been shown to help balance the growth of some bacteria. I prefer Citricidal GSE as I believe it’s a higher grade. I’ve tried both brands and Citricidal is definitely more potent, you can taste the difference.

If you don’t have access to a Navage, another nasal rinse that I’m really fond of is the Bulletproof Sinus Rinse.
